How do I place a return or exchange?

Help! I can’t find my return slip.
No worries! We do not include return slips with our packages. Simply email contact@shoepstore.com, and we will assist you in processing your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us at contact@shoepstore.com. Include your order number in the email, and you will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fees are not refundable.
How long does it take to process a return?
Refunds to credit cards typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow these steps:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label to the address side of the parcel, ensuring it covers any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping adjacent sides.
- Use the address provided on our website for the return and affix the correct postage.
- Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
